1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Trovr (trovr.in), owned and operated by Anoushka Yadav and Anushrav Mishra. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Platform Description

Trovr is a cricket talent discovery platform that connects players, coaches, scouts, and academies. We provide tools for performance tracking, talent discovery, and professional networking within the cricket ecosystem.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Trovr. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By using Trovr, you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts
• You may not share your account with others

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Trovr offers free and paid (Pro) subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Cashfree Payments.

• Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes

6. Refund Policy

Given the digital nature of our services:

• Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started
• If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 7 days at trovrscouts@gmail.com and we will review your case
• Accidental charges or duplicate payments will be refunded within 5-7 business days

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload false or misleading cricket statistics
• Impersonate other players, coaches, or organizations
• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the platform
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights

8. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, videos, statistics). By uploading, you grant Trovr a non-exclusive license to display this content on the platform. We will not sell your content to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

Trovr provides the platform as-is. We are not responsible for: the accuracy of user-submitted statistics, outcomes of scouting or recruitment processes, or any indirect damages arising from platform use. Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 3 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
